• Job Title: Operator – Assembly & Painter
• Number of Openings: Multiple

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assembly Operator: Perform drilling, reaming, riveting, and fastener installation in aerostructure assembly processes. Interpret engineering drawings and use hand tools effectively.
• Painter: Execute manual painting, paint mixing, and troubleshooting for aerospace and automobile components. Identify paint defects and ensure quality standards are met.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: ITI Fitter / Painter & Apprentice NCVT
• Experience Required: 3 to 8 years
• Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in hand tools and cutting tools
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings
  • Attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
